Monongalia Region male Brandon J. Martino sentenced for role in a firearms conspiracy

CLARKSBURG, W.V (STL.News) Brandon J. Martino, of Wadestown, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 3 years of probation for his role in a firearms conspiracy, Performing UNITED STATE Lawyer Randolph J. Bernard introduced.

Martino, age 26, pled guilty in January 2021 to one matter of “False Declaration Throughout Attempted Acquisition of Weapon.” Martino confessed to misstating papers to unlawfully buy a 9mm gun in Might 2018 in Monongalia Region.
