Salas-Molina Sentenced for Tax Evasion and Failing to Pay

Monmouth Area Local Business Owner, Wilson Salas-Molina Sentenced to One Year behind bars for Tax Evasion and Failing to Pay Work Pay-roll Tax Obligations

TRENTON, N.J (STL.News) A Monmouth Area, New Jacket, local business owner was sentenced today to year and someday behind bars for tax evasion and failing to pay the Internal Revenue Service over $540,000 in work tax obligations, Performing UNITED STATE Lawyer Rachael A. Honig revealed today.

Wilson Salas-Molina, 41, of Howell, New Jacket, formerly begged guilty prior to UNITED STATE Area Court Peter G. Sheridan to a details billing him with one matter of pay-roll tax evasion and one matter of failing to gather, account for, and pay over pay-roll tax obligations. Court Sheridan enforced the sentence today in Trenton government court.

According to papers submitted in the event and declarations made in court:

Salas-Molina was the proprietor and driver people Specialist Inc. (also known as Wilson Professionals Inc., also known as WC Specialist Inc.), a roof company situated in Monmouth Area. From 2012 to 2018, Salas-Molina was needed to keep and pay over to the Internal Revenue Service the work tax obligations for United States Specialist workers. Salas-Molina paid checks he got from roof covering customers at a check paying solution and paid his 14 workers in money to hide his repayment of salaries and his failing to record, account for, and pay over work tax obligations to the Internal Revenue Service.
